CAMPSITE

Opens: 2pm Thursday 12th July  (5pm for guest ticket holders)

Closes: Midday Monday.

Please note:
If you are camped in an emergency access lane, your tent will have to be moved by our security teams. If you return to your tent to find that this has occurred, please make a note of the campsite that you are in (Red, Yellow etc) and go to the nearest fire tower (situated near the toilet blocks) for assistance. If you are not sure about whether you are camped inappropriately or not, please check with the campsite stewards. If you find yourself without accommodation due to your tent being removed then please go to the Welfare Tent in the Village Area which is open 24 hours. They will be happy to help you. Thank you for your co-operation. Please note that although we will make all reasonable efforts to take care of your property, no responsibility can be taken for any items that are lost or damaged during tent removal.

Day Ticket Camping

We have created a "day ticket holder campsite" for any day ticket holders who are unable to get home after the main entertainment finishes. There will no charge for this campsite this year. Please note that there is limited capacity and no facilities in this campsite other than a water point and toilets. You will be able to pitch a tent when you arrive. You will only be able to stay in the day ticket holders campsite overnight on the night after your day ticket is valid.

At the end of the entertainment, please return via the gate that you entered the arena through (the day ticket holder entrance / exit). On Saturday morning the first shuttle bus to Halesworth is at 8.55am, on Sunday it is at 10am and on Monday it is at 8.55am.
The shuttle bus station is near Green Gate 2.

Family Camping

When buying tickets for you and children under the age of 13 (i.e. 12 and under), you must select 'PRE-SALE UNRESERVED (FAMILY) TICKETS' , then choose the number of adults attending (£112 each) and the number of children under 13 attending (free) . This ensures you will be sent a 'FAmily Camping Pass' with your tickets when they are sent out.

There will be a dedicated family campsite within the public camping area.  There is also a family campervan area within family camping.

It will have improved access to toilets / showers / water point and other village facilities and will be approx.  250m walk to the arena entrance.

It doesn't have its own car park but there will be wheelbarrows available to use to transport your things from the car to the campsite. Ask traffic marshalls to direct you to Red Car Park 1 to be as close as possible to entrance to family camping (or failing that the west of Red Car Park 2).
